LOVER BIRDS

Roosting deep in the foliage of the Chinese Garden of Friendship in Sydney's Darling Harbour, this site-specific work saw our Lover Birds amid the splendour of an Asian-style ornamental garden, overlooking tranquil ponds with lotus flowers and lily pads. The Lover Birds' plumage – evocative of exotic birds against sun-dappled vistas – glowed brilliantly as dusk slipped away into dark night. The Lover Birds stood resplendent in this intoxicating environment during the sultry warmth of a Sydney summer as hearts caught fire.

THE PICKLES

A sweet hug between two inflatable friends – the Pickles. The Pickles are a sweet pair forever fused together as they look out into the world with expressive motion-tracking LED eyes. Soft colours pulse up and down their length and respond to the motion or touch of passers-by as they join in the snuggle.
